Refund & Cancellation Policy – Pineyard Pahalgam
At Pineyard Pahalgam, we understand that travel plans can change. To ensure transparency and fairness, please review our cancellation and refund policy below:
Standard Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation: Reservations cancelled 7 days or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made 3 to 6 days prior to check-in are eligible for a 50% refund.
No Refund: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the check-in date or no-shows will incur 100% charges.
Group Bookings (3 rooms or more)
14 days or more before check-in: Full refund
7–13 days before check-in: 50% refund
Less than 7 days: No refund
Early Check-Out
In case of early departure after check-in, no refund will be provided for unused nights.
Peak Season & Special Dates
During peak seasons (e.g., holidays, festivals, and special local events), a non-refundable policy may apply. This will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
Modifications
Booking modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Date changes within the cancellation period will be treated as cancellations.
Refund Process
Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days from the cancellation date.
Any transaction charges (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount.
